Poster/Oral Presentation
This year we will also showcase the research work Students/Research Scholars. We encourage you to prepare a poster of your research work and send it across to us. We will shortlist the best ones which will be displayed on-screen during the event.
Top 3 of the selected posters, will provide the primary author the opportunity to come to the UGM and give an oral presentation of their work. CASH PRIZES will be given to all those selected for the oral presentation. PARTICIPATION CERTIFICATES will be provided to all who participate.
Important Dates:
- 30th October 2025: Last date to register for the poster competition.
- 10rd November 2025: Last date to submit the poster to us.
- 15th November 2025: Top 3 Posters announced.
These 3 posters- makers will get the opportunity to present (oral presentation) their research work in the UGM and accordingly the winners (1st, 2nd and 3rd) will be selected by the panel.
Submission Guidelines:
- Posters will have to be submitted to us via email (pritha@adventinformatics.com)
- Subject line should be – POSTER FOR MOLSOFT UGM 2025
- Size of the poster – 60”(w)x 36”(h)
- Format – High resolution-JPG or PDF
Other terms and conditions:
- Research work should feature the use of ICM tools.
- A 2 week temporary license can be offered on request
- No training will be provided for the temporary license.
- Participants can refer to the Molsoft Youtube channel and tutorials for guidance.
