Surojit Sadhu founded Advent Informatics in 2016 . He is a bioinformatics graduate with expertise in handling chemoinformatics tools. With over 14 years of experience in the domain, Mr. Sadhu has been at the forefront of establishing global brands in India like Chemaxon, Molsoft, Keymodule,etc.  Mr. Sadhu holds a B.Tech in Bioinformatics and has three years of experience working at CSIR–NCL (National Chemical Laboratory). He then worked in a Mumbai-based company as an Application Scientist assisting in the sales of chemoinformatics software. He specializes in strategic collaborations with principal partners from around the globe and marketing their products in India. He is a big advocate of making chemoinformatics popular in India. His strives to make world-class software available to Indian researchers at an affordable price.

Mr. Nachiket Joshi is working as a Junior Application Scientist at Advent Informatics. He is also currently pursuing his PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from NMIMS Mumbai. He has completed his M.Pharm specializing in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from VES College of Pharmacy, and B.Pharm from L.H. Hiranandani College of Pharmacy. He is well-versed with Molecular Modeling techniques like Molecular Docking, Molecular Dynamics, 2D & 3D QSAR, Pharmacophore-based screening and Virtual Ligand Screening (VLS). He has published a total of 14 research and review articles as an author & co-author in various internationally peer-reviewed journals. His future goals are to provide sustainable, advanced, & unique solutions to complex CADD problems faced by Industry & Academia.

Sarthak Patil is a Chemical Engineering graduate from MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology, bringing a strong blend of technical expertise and commercial insight to Advent’s growth initiatives. At Advent, Sarthak contributes to business development across engineering and technology-driven solutions, with a focus on delivering high-value outcomes for global clients. He has played a key role in supporting international sales for HAZOP and FERA studies, engaging with stakeholders across industries and aligning solutions with complex operational and compliance requirements. His experience spans market analysis, strategic proposal development, and client relationship management—enabling him to identify growth opportunities and strengthen long-term partnerships. Sarthak’s approach is rooted in creating sustainable business value while fostering meaningful, trust-driven client relationships.

Mrs. Pritha Das plays a pivotal role at Advent Informatics, overseeing finance, purchasing, and a wide range of operational responsibilities. She manages quotations and invoicing for both clients and partners, ensuring smooth and efficient financial workflows. With a background in science and business, Pritha holds a B.Sc. in Microbiology and an MBA in Packaging Development. Prior to joining Advent Informatics, she gained valuable experience working with leading multinational corporations such as Hindustan Unilever Ltd. and Hygenic Research Institute. She also brings insights from her tenure in the education sector. At Advent, Pritha wears multiple hats—handling not only finance and procurement but also human resources, social media management, and stakeholder relations. Her strong interpersonal skills make her a key point of contact for clients and partners alike.

Mr. Amit Balaso Kamble is a Sales Manager at Advent. Amit brings with him experience from organizations such as Lami.fit, KAML Health Pvt. Ltd., Zephee, iBall, and Gnoll Technologies, where he served as Area Sales Manager. Amit holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Shivaji University, Kolhapur. He is a strategic thinker with a strong passion for public health and well-being, and will contribute to Advent’s mission with his dynamic and growth-focused approach. He will be responsible for handling sales operations, client engagement, and driving business growth .

Akshay Shinde is an efficient and details-oriented Admin Officer at Advent informatics Pvt Ltd, Pune, responsible for office management and some accounting tasks. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Fergusson College and has one year of experience at Unitech Texmech Pvt Ltd as an Admin Officer. His expertise includes office management, handling quotation, invoices, dispatch coordination , client communication via emails , and accounting support. With strong organization and problem-solving skills, Akshay ensures efficient office operations and smooth workflow. His commitment to accuracy and efficiency makes him a valuable part of the Advent informatics team.

Dr. Shamshair Singh Sardar is a seasoned expert in Computer-Aided Drug Design (CADD) with over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry. He holds a Ph.D. from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, and has held key scientific roles at prominent Contract Research Organizations (CROs) including Aragen Life Sciences (formerly GVK Biosciences Pvt Ltd), Curia (formerly AMRI), and Sai Life Sciences. Currently serving as a Senior Application Scientist at Advent Informatics, Pune, Dr. Sardar brings deep expertise in the application of CADD tools and methodologies to support drug discovery research. He has authored four research articles and is the holder of one international patent, reflecting his ongoing commitment to scientific innovation and excellence.

Mr. Kshitij Bari is a driven pharmaceutical professional with a Master’s in Pharmacy from NIPER S.A.S. Nagar and holds a Bachelor’s degree from H. R. Patel Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, Shirpur. His academic background equips him with scientific insight and market awareness—essential for identifying new business opportunities and optimizing product strategies. With a strategic, growth-focused mindset and proven team experience, he is well-positioned to support Advent’s mission of impactful expansion and operational excellence.

Mr. Shailesh Shukla is an Engagement and Leads Executive, With over 2.5 years of experience in digital marketing, Shailesh brings a strong foundation in content creation, social media management, and lead generation. A BCA graduate from IMED, Bharati Vidyapeeth, and creatively trained at MAAC Pune, he has worked with brands like Swiggy and supported multiple startups through freelance projects. Shailesh’s creative mindset and result-oriented approach make him a valuable asset to Advent’s growing marketing team.
